UK to accuse Russia of working to install pro-Moscow leader in Ukraine – leak

An embargoed UK Foreign Office release to media outlets, which has been seen by RT, claims that Britain has exposed a plan by Moscow to install a pro-Russian leader in Kiev as tensions continue to mount over an alleged threat of “invasion” by Moscow.

“We have information that indicates the Russian government is looking to install a pro-Russian leader in [Kiev] as it considers whether to invade and occupy Ukraine,” reads the correspondence, which was sent to media representatives on the Foreign Office’s mailing list on Saturday. No evidence was included to back up the assertions.

Obviously timed to top the Sunday newspaper agenda, recipients were ordered not to carry the details until after 10.30pm London time the night before.

It even named the man who the Kremlin supposedly considers to be “a potential candidate” to replace Ukraine’s current Western-backed president, Volodymyr Zelensky. According to the Foreign Office, 45-year-old former Ukrainian MP Evgeniy Murayev is the chosen alternative.

The Foreign Office insists that Russian intelligence agencies have maintained links with “numerous” former Ukrainian politicians, including some top officials from the government of ex-president Viktor Yanukovich, who was deposed as a result of the violent Western-backed Maidan street protests in 2014.A native of Kharkov, Murayev was a member of the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, between 2012 and 2019. However, his Opposition Bloc party failed to pass the 5% threshold in the latest parliamentary election, having only managed to win six single-seat constituencies.

Nikolai Azarov, who served as prime minister between 2010 and 2014, two former deputy PMs, and ex-deputy head of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (RNBO) were also mentioned in the email.

“Some of these have contact with Russian intelligence officers currently involved in the planning for an attack on Ukraine,” it claimed.

However, the Foreign Office didn’t reveal the source of its data or expand on what exactly it believes Moscow has been doing to achieve regime change in Ukraine.

Truss warned that any Russian incursion into its neighbor would be “a massive strategic mistake with severe costs” for the Kremlin. She also reiterated that Britain backs the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and reminded the recipients that it was “an independent, sovereign country.”The letter also cited Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, who claimed that “information being released today shines a light on the extent of Russian activity designed to subvert Ukraine, and is an insight into Kremlin thinking.”

Russia has repeatedly denied accusations that it’s planning an invasion of Ukraine, which have been made by the US and its allies since November last year, describing the claims as groundless attempts to instill “hysteria.”

According to Moscow, it’s the West that has been stirring tensions in Ukraine by supplying weapons to Kiev – which is embroiled in a "frozen" conflict with self-proclaimed republics in the southeastern Donbass region – and intensifying the NATO buildup in Eastern Europe. The Ukrainian government asserts that the Donbass militias are under Moscow's direct control, a charge the Kremlin rejects.

Escape from Egypt🐪🗻 moment on the Coconut Whisperer: Scientists find spider-killing worm and name it after Jeff Daniels

Scientists find spider-killing worm and name it after Jeff Daniels - study

Jeff Daniels has had a long and storied career, but no other actor has given his name to a new species of parasitic tarantula-killing nematodes.

These worms are a type of nematode, also known as roundworms, of which there are over 25,000 different species and which are among the most abundant and numerous types of animals that exist on Earth.

Can nematodes infect spiders?

Apparently, yes.

A prior study in Europe saw nematodes on tarantulas before, but they only studied the worms themselves, not the worms while they were in the spider.

But in September 2019, a new attempt was made to study the worms after a tarantula breeder reached out to University of California, Riverside parasitologist Adler Dillman to identify a strange infection that had wormed its way into their tarantulas.

These arachnids were spotted having a strange white mass around their mouths – something Dillman immediately recognized as nematodes.

But the infection didn't stop there. The tarantulas infested with jeffdanielsi nematodes would stop eating, walk around on tiptoe and the limbs controlling their fangs lost functionality.

This infection is absolutely fatal to the poor infected tarantulas, dooming them to die of starvation – though it will take a while, because tarantulas don't need to eat very often.

What else do we know about the Jeff Daniels parasites?

As Dillman and his team discovered, these worms are largely hermaphrodites, self-fertilizing to produce their own sperm and eggs in order to reproduce. It is estimated that on average, a single one of these hermaphroditic worms can have 160 children over the course of their lifespan – though in laboratory conditions, that lifespan is just 11 days. How long they can live inside the tarantulas, though, is unclear.

Why do the nematodes inhabit tarantulas?

That's a bit unclear. This is mysterious because they can't be found throughout the bodies of the spiders – they only inhabit the mouth area. They cause no external damage otherwise, and none were found in the stomach.

As such, it isn't exactly clear if these worms are eating the tarantula itself, as it is possible they are only eating the bacteria that also live in the spider. There is evidence to support this, too, as in the laboratory, they ate e. coli bacteria.

But there is another mystery about them: If they only infect the mouth area, how do the jeffdanielsi change the tarantula's behavior, paralyzing them and stopping them from eating?

That remains unknown.

Also unknown is exactly how common this infection is. It is very rare that a tarantula parasite is actually identified, but the field itself is also lacking in more studies on the subject.

The fact that nematodes were able to infect them is not a surprise though.

“Nematodes have been around for hundreds of millions of years. They’ve evolved to infect every kind of host on the planet including humans,” Dillman said in a statement. “Any animal you know of on planet Earth, there’s a nematode that can infect it.”

Why were the nematodes named after Jeff Daniels?

The actor has participated in a number of performances over the years, such as Pleasantville, Dumb and Dumberer, Looper, The Looming Tower and The Newsroom, just to name a few.

But also included among his long filmography is the 1990 horror comedy Arachnophobia, a film about a town beset by an invasion of spiders. Jeff Daniels, playing the role of Dr. Ross Jennings, is the stalwart protagonist who fights these vicious eight-legged invaders.

In other words, he was a spider-killer, just like the nematodes that now bear his name.
And for his part, Daniels took the news happily.

“When I first heard a new species of nematode had been named after me, I thought, ‘Why? Is there a resemblance?’ Daniels joked.

“Honestly, I was honored by their homage to me and Arachnophobia. Made me smile. And of course, in Hollywood, you haven’t really made it until you’ve been recognized by those in the field of parasitology.”

Jeff gets a spider killing worm named after him, Hilary a shark, Soros a deadly scorpion , AOC a retarded donkey, Pelosi a new liver killing vodka, Joe a new diaper for seniors & Obama a venomous snake

Update on Maricopa County Router Audit

Source: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/01/must-see-arizona-senate-president-karen-fann-gives-exclusive-update-maricopa-county-router-audit-az-attorney-general-pulled-numerous-people-questioning/

The Arizona Senate-led audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election discovered over 700,000 ballot discrepancies, internet connectivity on the elections system, and more elections law violations.

All evidence was presented in a public hearing on September 24, 2021, and delivered to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich for further investigation.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Brnovich opened a criminal investigation shortly after the September hearing.

It has been nearly four months since the Maricopa County hearing revealed damning evidence that Joe Biden did not win Arizona, and Mark Brnovich has not even updated voters.

Another recent election integrity hearing in Pima County provided Brnovich with even more election determining evidence of election fraud.

Investigations are still transpiring statewide while we await the results of the router and Splunk log analysis portion of Maricopa County’s full forensic audit.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the Arizona Senate will conduct a joint audit of these systems using a third-party special master and third-party contractors.

TGP correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke with Arizona Senate President Fann for updates on the ongoing audit and potential action from Attorney General Brnovich.

President Fann told us that the slander from mainstream media networks and Maricopa County has made it extremely difficult to find a company to perform the audit, further delaying the process.

Conradson: What’s the update on the router and Splunk log analysis?

Fann: Yeah. So Congressman Shadegg, the special master, has gone through; I can’t even tell you how many IT experts that he’s tried to get. One of the problems and the delays is that the media and Maricopa County have trashed this audit so bad that there’s a lot of people that just don’t even want to work on it for fear that they will trash them. It’s a no-win. If they find a problem, they’re going to get trashed. For finding that if they don’t find a problem, they’re going to be trashed for not finding it. So that has been a difficult deal. The second most difficult thing is trying to find three IT people that don’t have a conflict of interest. So, for example, they thought we had it all worked out a few weeks ago with that third one, and then the AG is the one that nixed that one because they did some work for American oversight. Well, we know where we’re at with American oversight on this. So, anybody that’s connected to them, there’s no way that they can be impartial. So we do think we have the last one narrowed down right now. So we should be ready to rock and roll.

Conradson: Rumors are going around that the choosing of John Shadegg for the special master agreement would mean that it’s never going to happen. Can you assure us that it’s going to happen?

Fann: Yeah, it’s going to happen, and we maintain the right of subpoena, and just so you know, Mr. Shadegg has been very front forward with me. If I text him, he texts me back. I say, what’s going on? He does it. But he knows full well that we maintain the ability to issue subpoenas. And that was my last text to him is, “okay. Everybody’s getting a little restless. We’re getting frustrated. We want to wrap this up. We want this information. And if we can’t get this done, quickly now, get on it.” I said, “then my members are asking, when are we ready to start reissuing the subpoenas or reach out to maybe the Attorney General and ask him if he wants to subpoena those as part of his investigation.” So we have options. I’m just letting him know that everybody’s patience is getting thin.

Conradson: So I know you’re looking forward to the results of the investigation, as is America quite frankly, it’s been almost four months. When are you expecting some kind of result?

Fann: Well, I’m expecting the results to come in when they’ve dotted their I’s and cross their T’s. I know people are frustrated about not getting the “results” from Attorney General Brnovich. And for those listeners who aren’t familiar, I think most of them are by now. Remember, our job as the Senate. Our job is to pass laws and to make sure laws are working. And if they’re not, we make new laws. That’s why we had subpoena power because we have the ability to subpoena whatever we need to make laws. It is the Attorney General’s job to ensure that the laws are being followed, and prosecute, and do the enforcement side of it. That’s why we turn that piece over to him because that’s his job. We don’t enforce laws. We don’t have the constitutional authority to enforce laws. He does. So he has opened up an investigation. I can tell you that it is extensive. They have pulled numerous people; I don’t even know all the details, because remember, these are things that you don’t talk about in public. If you’re looking at a grand jury, if you are looking at some sort of potential indictments, or whatever path that he goes down, based on everything he finds out and these mistakes that were done. Were they done out of incompetence, or were they done intentionally, which would indicate that there may still be some fraud there? That’s for him to decide. And so he has to make sure that everything he does not only does he have to prove and back up everything that we gave to him to whatever extent that might be, then he has to go to the next step and determine, Okay, how do we handle this? And so it’s not appropriate for him to talk about it.

Attorney General Brnovich reportedly is taking this investigation seriously. He vetoed a company because they had ties to American Oversight, a “leftist watchdog group” trying to hinder the election audit since day one.

Brnovich’s investigators have brought numerous people in for questioning, including State Legislators and other officials, in order to get to the bottom of November 3rd, 2020.

The Arizona Senate still has the power to subpoena these items if the investigation does not begin soon.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann should be commended for her efforts to perform the first-ever full forensic election audit in history..

Oblivious Men WIth No Clue: Didn't Realize the Girl was Hitting on Him :)

Learn to read the signs! Men reveal the times they had NO clue a woman was flirting - from one who turned down a naked sleepover to another who sent his crush home with a sweater when she was 'too cold' to leave

  • American men have revealed the times didn't realize crush was hitting on them
  • One admitted did not realize a girl wanted him to ask her to be her prom date
  • Another said he gave his crush a sweater after she said was too cold to go home

While some single men claim to be too scared to make the first move with someone the like for fear of overstepping the line, it seems that many need a serious lesson in reading the signs.

In a hilarious viral Twitter thread started by New York-based comedian David Drake, men have shared the times they were utterly clueless that women were flirting with them - despite blatantly obvious come-ons.

He confessed that his own worst moment was not realizing a girl was into him when she hopped into bed with him at a sleepover and started tickling him.

Another revealed that when his crush said she was 'too cold' to go home after a party and asked to stay the night, he gave her as sweater and sent her on her way.

Another explained how a McDonald's employee wrote her number on his receipt and that he threw it away because he thought she'd done it in case his food was bad.

Meanwhile, one man told how he was completely oblivious to the fact his coworker hinted she wanted to go see a movie with him until she asked him out, and revealed the couple were now happily married.

Reliving his moment of complete obliviousness, David Drake wrote in the tweet that started the thread: 'In high school I went to a sleepover and the girl I liked climbed into bed with me and she started tickling me, and I was like "Hahaha okay well time for bed" and I think about that twice every 5 minutes.'

Another added: 'In high school my family was gone so I had the house to myself and threw a party. At the end of the night this girl I liked said “I’ll just spend the night here”.

'I said “You don’t want to go?” She was like “It’s cold”. So I got a sweater for her and sent her on her way.'

Another revealed he turned down the opportunity of a date because he was going out with his sister, but at least there was a happy ending.

'I was chatting with this woman I liked at work about going to see this limited release movie, and she was like "that sounds really cool. I'd like to see it" and I said "Yeah, I'm going with my sister. Well bye!" A week or so later, she asked me out. We're married now,' he explained.

'When I was a teenager, a cute girl who worked at McDonald’s wrote her number on the back of my receipt and I thought “I bet they do this in case there’s something wrong with my order”. Then tossed it in the trash,' another confessed.

Others admitted they also had missed signals from women they were interested in when they were younger.

'Back in high school, I was chatting with this one girl I liked in my youth group about how my prom date cancelled on me and she gave me a definite "look" and said "I'd like to go to prom, but I don't have a date", and I was like "Yeah, we're in the same boat. This sucks",' one recalled.

'Moved into my college dorm the first semester of college, had a knock on my door the first night and a cute girl said she was looking for a "cuddle buddy" for the night to help her sleep. I told her that it didn't sound safe and shut the door on her,' another recounted.

And several men said they didn't get the hint, even when the women invited them over.

'In college after a waitering job, this cute waitress said to me "Let's go to my place, no one is going to be home". I said "How is there going to be no one at home if we are going there?". She went home alone and I think about that every time I am at home now,' one wrote.

'One time a girl invited me over to, and I quote: "help me hang up my lights because you're so tall". Afterwards she invited me to sleep over. we both had laid down in her bed she was like "I usually sleep naked" and I was like, "OK I'll look away until you get back under the covers",' one recalled.

However, the same man revealed the girl stopped dropping hints and just went for a kiss.

'One time I smoked for the first time with a girl i liked a lot and she said “I heard you’re supposed to kiss after you smoke for the first time”. I said “Haha, that’s not a real thing I don’t think”,' another manr remembered.

One man revealed how he used to think one of the women on his cross country team in school was 'out of his league'.

'At our 20th reunion she strode, gave me a huge wet kiss, and asked, "WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK ME OUT?" I think about that every 5 milliseconds,' he revealed.
