The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark “Thoroughly Modern” Milley, who apparently wears a medal on his chest for every military disaster he’s overseen, bristles at claims that on his watch, the U.S. military has become woke, soft, and distracted from its actual purpose. The uber-woke general claims that he’s “not even sure what that word truly means” — that is, “woke” — and that the United States military is fearsome, powerful, and ready for anything. And it’s true, as long as the Chinese or Russians send an army of drag queens to confront us.

Milley insisted last Sunday that “what I see is a military that’s exceptionally strong. It’s powerful; it’s ready. In fact, our readiness rates, the way we measure readiness, is better now than they’ve been in years.” This could be true, but how exactly do Milley and his woke henchmen measure readiness? After all, this is the same Milley who claimed that the Biden regime’s catastrophically botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that “there was an extensive amount of planning in this.”

If the withdrawal from Afghanistan took an extensive amount of planning, then for all we know, Milley could be measuring readiness by the number of drag queens featured in military recruitment videos. Milley could define readiness by the depth of the military’s understanding of “white rage,” as he told Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Florida) in June 2021 while explaining his study of the bogus Jan. 6 “insurrection.” Milley declared: “I want to understand white rage, and I’m white, and I want to understand it. So what is it that caused thousands of people to assault this building and try to overturn the Constitution of the United States of America? What caused that? I want to find that out.”

Evidently hoping that no one to whom he was speaking knew about the navy’s drag queen recruiter or his own previous remarks about “white rage” and the “insurrection,” Milley on Sunday claimed that “this military is a lot of things, but woke, it’s not. So I take exception to that. I think that people say those things for reasons that are their own reasons, but it’s not true. It’s not accurate. It’s not a broad-brush description of the U.S. military as it exists today.” It isn’t? Really?

Milley’s words would carry a great deal more weight were it not for the mountain of evidence that Milley’s military is far more interested in pushing the left’s insane social agenda than it is in actually winning wars. The lack of preparation for the withdrawal from Afghanistan was the biggest indication of this wrongheadedness, but there are plenty of others.

Most of them revolve around pushing the left’s fascination with depravity and perversion upon the military. In the summer of 2022, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE)’s first “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Summer Festival,” featured (what else), a drag show. The festival, according to the Daily Wire, featured “a series of performances and speeches, including a poem on ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ and a drag show by Joshua Kelley, who performs under the moniker Harpy Daniels.” Harpy is the navy brass’ favorite sailor; he is also the drag queen they’ve decided to make the star of their recruitment videos.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis pointed out the obvious when he noted during one of his presidential campaign addresses that the military has been “infected by the woke mind virus,” and that the consequences of this couldn’t be more serious: “This is changing the character of the military, it’s changing the culture of our services, and it’s creating a situation in which great warriors have been driven away and recruiting is at an all-time low.”

That’s right. And that’s the military that Milley insists is exceptionally strong, powerful, and ready. Is the man stupid? No, he’s just woke. As far as Milley is concerned, the military is exceptionally strong, powerful, and ready because it’s gay-friendly, obsessed with drag queens, hostile to patriots, multiply vaccinated, and compliant in every other possible way with the left’s social agenda.

That agenda has nothing whatsoever to do with defending the country against its enemies, and so that simply isn’t a concern for Thoroughly Modern Milley and his woke cohorts. They have lived all their lives in a world in which America didn’t face serious military threats. This has rendered them complacent and willing to take risks with the military that no prudent or patriotic officer would even have considered. They assume there will be no consequences for their doing this. And we can only hope they’re right.

On Aug. 25, 2023, a video appeared of Muslim girls covered from head to toe in all black burqas and dancing to a song that praised Islam and cursed “infidels,” that is, all non-Muslims.  The video—which would make ISIS proud and chill Western audiences—was taken on a woman’s college campus in India, Talimuddin Niswan Women’s Degree College in Mau.

Swati Goel Sharma, the journalist who shared the video, wrote:

A glimpse into the brainwashing and radicalisation that goes on in religious minority institutes [meaning Muslim schools in India].  Women covered from head to toe in burqa are glorifying the regressive all-body wrapping as the very foundation of their religious beliefs, while cursing non-believers as hijdas [eunuchs] and kutta [dogs] and declaring them as enemies.

Indoctrinating Muslim students to hate and despise non-Muslims is, of course, nothing new and par for the course all throughout the Muslim world.

Of interest here is the disparaging reference to dogs, not least as it underscores the vast cultural differences between the West and Islam.  Put differently, whereas dogs are seen as “man’s best friend” in the West—indeed, not a few so-called “progressives” are even trying to transform themselves into dogs—for many Muslims, dogs are vermin.  Indeed, as discussed in this article, dogs are regularly targeted for cruel treatment and extermination in the Muslim world.

And where does this hate come from?  As usual, the prophet of Islam: Muhammad.  According to Abdullah bin Omar, as recorded in the canonical (or sahih) hadith collection of Al-Muslim, “The Messenger of Allah used to order the killing of dogs, so we used to send [men] to Medina and its adjoining vicinity, and we spared no dog but rather killed it.”  (Translation of Arabic text.)

Muhammad later revised his decision by allowing dogs that earn their keep—by herding, hunting, or guarding—to exist unmolested, though the hate for them remained: angels, the prophet of Allah warned, would never visit and therefore bless homes that keep dogs.

In short, and as one anti-dog fatwa, or Islamic decree, concludes:

We must ensure that Muslims continue to be averse to dogs, even in the midst of what the kuffaar [Western infidels] are used to do[ing] and what some Muslims have adopted of their habits.

Perhaps the fatwa author was thinking of Khaled Abou el-Fadl, a professor at UCLA who, being a dog lover, appears to have “adopted of their [Western] habits.”

This discussion on dogs cannot end without reference to Islam’s teaching—sung and danced to by those pleasant young girls in India—that non-Muslims are dogs.

According to sharia, the life—or as articulated in Arabic, the “blood”—of a non-Muslim is far inferior to the life/blood of a Muslim.  Rather, and based on some of Islam’s respected hadith collections, the blood of a non-Muslim is equal to the blood of a dog.

According to a hadith recorded among other places in Sunan Ahmed (Hanbali jurisprudence) and Sunan al-Bayhaqi (Shafi’i jurisprudence), during the course of a discussion about non-Muslims, Caliph Omar al-Khattab — one of Sunni Islam’s “four righteous caliphs”— declared “They are mushrikun, and the blood of one of them is [like] the blood of a dog.”

Mushrikun literally means those who associate others—Jesus, the Trinity, the Hindu pantheon, etc.—with Allah.  Today, it is often used to refer to any non-Muslim.

Therefore, based on this reading, non-Muslims are, like dogs, also good for nothing but killing.

As illuminating as this excursus might be, it is, also, a bit redundant: Islam—the Koran itself (e.g., 9:5)—already makes clear that the life of a non-Muslim, non-dhimmi is de facto forfeit:

Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the mushrikun wherever ye find them, and take them [captive], and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush.

Excellent Imitation of Screeching F-35 About to Crash

Retired paper mill worker, 72, hilariously imitates screeching sound of F-35 jet as it hurtled towards the ground after pilot ejected in rural South Carolina

A retired paper mill worker who heard the missing F-35 jet crashing near his home has imitated the sound it made in a hilarious TV appearance.

Randolph White, 72, described the sound as 'between a screech and a whistle' and then launched into a shrieking sound to help viewers understand.

He was shaving in his bathroom when the $100million fighter jet crashed near his rural home in Williamsburg County on Sunday afternoon. 

The pilot was able to eject but the whereabouts of the missing plane were unclear - sparking a frantic 28 hour search. It wasn't until the following night when helicopters were flying above that White learned the screeching sound had come from a missing jet.

'I was in the bathroom, taking a shave, and I heard a screeching. Between a screech and a whistle,' the retired paper mill worker told Fox 59. 'I said, what in the world is this? And I heard a boom! Then my whole house shook.'

White did not notify the authorities at the time because he had no idea what the sound was, he added.

'The first thought that came to me… I said well, did a meteorite come from outer space or something? 

'And I said, well if it was an airplane it needs to be reported because that thing was flying just too low. I didn’t give it any other thought. I knew it was low because my house is pretty solid, and it shook,' he told the local outlet. 

The following night White notice helicopters fling above the area as they searched for the missing aircraft, but he figured they must have been looking for something else.  

'Somebody must have robbed a bank... Killed some people or whatever. So, I walked up there, and they told me it was about the plane,' he said.

Military officials appealed in online posts Sunday for any help from the public in locating the aircraft

The jet belongs to the most expensive weapon system program in the US Department of Defense.

Former Marine Dan Grazier, who works at a Defense watchdog and has warned about F-35 safety issues for years, said a software glitch or cyberattack could have caused the missing jet to malfunction.

He told DailyMail.com : 'There are thousands of weaknesses in the entire enterprise that a hacker could access.'

A recently discovered correspondence between Pope Pius XII, who served as Pope during World War II, and a German Jesuit has revealed that Pius knew of the atrocities committed by the Nazis during the Holocaust, according to an article by Italian News Corriere Della Sera published earlier this week.

The letter confirmed that Pius was told of the 6,000 Jews and Poles being gassed in Poland every day during the Holocaust. This, according to AP News, has meant that the Holy See’s argument that it couldn’t verify official reports of atrocities to denounce them is invalid.

There has been significant discourse on how Pius’ legacy should be remembered. Some have seen him as a silent ally to Jewish victims who made subtle arrangements to save the lives of European victims, while others have viewed him as someone who enabled the Holocaust with abject silence. 

The article by Corriere made specific reference to a speech made by the former pope, on December 24, 1942. Pius had stated “hundreds of thousands of people, who, without any fault of their own, sometimes only for reasons of nationality or lineage, are destined to death or progressive deterioration."

However, as the article points out, the pope failed to make any direct mention of the Jews, or Nazis, or specify the atrocities referenced.

Information on the recently discovered letter

The letter, dated December 14, 1942, was sent from the German Jesuit priest to Pius’ secretary.

The letter highlighted the war crimes committed in the Belzec concentration camp; specifically within the crematoriums.

The transcript of the letter will be available to see in a book about Pius to be published on September 18 by Giovanni Coco, a researcher and archivist in the Vatican’s Apostolic Archives.      

Pud says: It has been known for decades and suppressed by the Catholic Church that during World War II the Catholic Church kept quiet about the atrocities the Nazis were carrying out and at the end of WWII  with Germany's defeat looming the Catholic Church worked hand in hand with the worst SS war criminals to arrange their escape  to South America and other countries and the Vatican Bank handled the transfer of large amounts of money and valuables stolen from Jews and other victims of Nazi persecution, to fund the resettlement of thousands of German war criminals in the Catholic countries of South America. These latest revelations will hopefully stop the attempts to canonize Pope Pius XII as a Saint.

An Ecuador cartel boss was buried with dozens of gun in an attempt to 'protect himself in the afterlife.'

Manuel Julian Sevillano Bustamante, aged 39, the leader of 'Los Fatales', was buried with a huge cache of weapons. 

His underlings stuffed his coffin with machine guns, shotguns and even a revolver so that he would be 'armed to the teeth in the afterlife and could defend himself'. 

They also gave him a hat to wear so he could look his best at the Gates of St. Peter. 

The leader of 'Los Fatales', which operates in the Los Rios region of Ecuador, died after being shot at a carwash in Mocache, Ecuador, with his 20-year-old daughter and a security guard in tow.

Bustamante was caught out after his assassins realised he regularly frequented one carwash. 

The attack was the result of clashes between rival gangs in the lucrative world of drug trafficking.

Los Fatales are in a war against the Los Cornejos cartel for control of the drug trade in the provinces of Manabi and Los Rios.

Presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio, an outspoken critic of organised crime and corruption was shot in broad daylight last month. 

His death followed the fatal July shooting of the city of Manta’s mayor, Agustín Intriago, 38, who had recently been re-elected for a term that began in May.

And just a week after Villavicencio died, local political organiser Pedro Briones died in a fatal shooting.

The country saw 4,600 violent deaths in 2022, double the previous year, and it is set to break the record again with 3,568 violent deaths in the first half of 2023.
