Crust, No Sauce Pizza (Just a Home Cook)

heaping cup of mozzarella cheese
1/4
cup Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup egg beaters
Pizza
seasoning to desire
Garlic
Salt to desire
Using
a 9×12 cookie sheet as a guide, cover the pan with parchment paper.
In
a bowl add one heaping cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of Parmesan
cheese, pizza seasoning to desired amount, garlic salt to desired
amount, and 1/4 cup egg beaters. With a fork blend all the
ingredients thoroughly.
Scrape
out all ingredients into the 9×12 cookie sheet with a rubber spatula
or large spoon. Spread out evenly on the parchment paper in a
rectangle shape with a large spoon.
Place
your meat and other toppings of choice. Sprinkle more mozzarella
cheese on top.
Cut
any excess parchment paper from edges.
Place
in preheated 350-degree oven. Bake until golden brown approximately
15 minutes.
Remove
from oven, let cool for about a minute and slide spatula between
crust and parchment paper to ensure separations.
Pull
parchment paper and pizza off onto cutting board and cut into slices.
