Leftist Drama Queens Meltdown as Somali Muslim Omar Removed from Committee

Rep. Nancy Mace calls the Squad 'drama queens' for their meltdown over Ilhan Omar's committee removal and 'it's no surprise' they 'used racism as an excuse'

Rep. Nancy Mace,  Republican, who joined her caucus in voting to boot Rep. Ilhan Omar from Foreign Affairs, said the uproar on the House floor over the Minnesota Democrat's ouster was 'drama queens on display.'

'I would say that was complete drama queens on full display. And there's no surprise there that they would use racism as an excuse,' Mace, R-S.C. It's really unbelievable. But it's very typical of the ‘Squad’ to see that kind of behavior on the floor.'

Omar's allies broke into hysterics as their progressive comrade was about to be booted from the high-powered committee. 

Speaker Kevin McCarthy removed Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee due to anti-Semitic remarks she made.

Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., accused Republicans of 'white supremacy' as she and other left-wing members of the Squad condemned their efforts to remove Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee.

'Republicans are waging a blatantly Islamophobic and racist attack on Congresswoman Omar and I've said it before I'll say it again: The white supremacy happening is unbelievable.'

Progressive firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York condemned the GOP for 'racism and incitement of violence against women of color.'

'Don't tell me that this is about a condemnation of antisemitic remarks...This is about targeting women of color in the United States of America,' AOC said emphatically. 

Democratic Rep. Rashid Tlaib of Michigan broke down as she said: 'Congresswoman Omar, I am so sorry that our country is failing you today through the chamber.'

She raised her voice in a howl as she was told her time was cut off.

'You belong on this committee,' she half sobbed, half screamed before her microphone was cut off. 

Speaker Kevin McCarthy's got the Squad member removed over her history of comments comparing Israel to Hamas and the Taliban and saying the relationship between the Jewish state and the U.S. is 'all about the Benjamins' in 2019. 

'She described 9/11 by saying "some people did something",' McCarthy said.

Before the vote, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez condemned the GOP for what she said amounted to 'racism and incitement of violence against women of color'

House Republicans on Thursday voted to kick Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee over her antisemitic comments in chaotic scenes in Congress. 

In his press conference House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries 0f New York admitted Omar has used 'antisemitic tropes'.

McCarthy has said that Omar  represented a 'national security concern.

Rep. Gregory Meeks, D-N.Y., suggested Republicans were being racist for targeting Omar, a Muslim Somali American.

'The Foreign Affairs committee involves sensitive intelligence briefings and things like that, and when it comes to our national security and when it comes to our relationship with Israel, her views have a bearing on her ability to serve on that committee,' Rep. Andy Barr said.

Florida Rep. Byron Donalds incredulously asked DailyMail.com, 'Are you serious?' when questioned about why he believes Omar should be kicked off the high-profile Foreign Affairs panel.

'First of all, Congresswoman Omar - this is now the third time that issues have been made about her anti-Semitic comments. In 2019. There was a resolution brought to the House floor, specifically about her, that Nancy Pelosi watered down to just say Congress opposes antisemitism,' Donalds said.

'Well, of course Congress opposes antisemitism, but there is one member that has had this rhetorical issue, and frankly philosophical issue, for some time.

'We have our political issues here in the United States. We all know that. But Israel being our most important ally in that region has not been a point of this- of disagreement between Republicans and Democrats when it comes to foreign policy, save for one member. So why should that member continue to sit on Foreign Affairs?'

A DNA match between Rep. Ilhan Omar and her second husband Ahmed Elmi proves that the two are siblings. Omar's DNA was taken from a cigarette butt, while Elmi's  came from a drinking straw. Omar has never before been known to be a smoker, however, she was seen in a grainy picture with a cigarette in her mouth

It had long been rumored that Omar and Elmi are siblings, but because of a lack of paperwork in war-torn Somalia, positive proof has never been uncovered previously

DailyMail.com had previously revealed that Omar was having an affair with her chief fundraiser Tim Mynett, a married father-of-one, whose company received more than half a million dollars from her campaign last year. They married last year 

Omar had once been married to Ahmed Hirsi — who she later remarried. They have since divorced and in March 2020 she married Mynett, her chief fundraiser

In the 2000s Elmi (pictured) appeared in Minneapolis, said Somali blogger Abdihakim Osman. 'People began noticing that Ilhan and [Hirsi] were often with a very effeminate young guy. He was very feminine in the way he dressed — he would wear light lipstick and pink clothes and very short shorts in the summer. People started whispering about him. [Hirsi] and Ilhan told me it was Ilhan's brother'

Abdihakim Osman (left with Hirsi and right with Omar) is the first person to go on record to speak of how Omar said she wanted to get her brother papers so he could stay in the United States. But hardly anyone realized that meant marrying him. 'No one knew there had been a wedding until the media turned up the marriage certificate years later,' Osman, 40, told DailyMail.com

Osman said: 'When [Hirsi] and Ilhan got married, a lot of people were invited. It was a big Islamic wedding uniting two large clans in the Minneapolis community.
