5 Farm attacks and 1 farm murder in South Africa, 1 – 15 September 2021

In the first fifteen days of September 2021 there have been five farm attacks and one farm murder in South Africa. During August 2021 there were 26 farm attacks and 9 farm murders in the country. During this period one farm attack was averted.
During July 2021, there were twenty one farm attacks and one farm murder in the country.
On 4 September 2021, at the ‘White cross monument’ (Witkruis Monument), more crosses were added in memory of farmers who have been brutally murdered in the country.
The White Cross Monument is a memorial site for victims that were raped, tortured and murdered in South Africa over the past 18 years.
