'We will miss her smile, joyous laughter, and commentary on life. Taylen was a sweet and happy toddler and loved his mom.

'During her work breaks, she would facetime so that she could spend every moment possible with him. During the day, Taylen would grab anyone's phone and pretend to call his mom.

To see them together and their love for each other was a blessing. We will remember their love and will keep them in our hearts.'

Police announced Mosley was a 'person of interest' after locating him in hopes of finding Taylen, who was not in his custody at the time.

Thomas had checked himself into hospital and was covered in cuts on his arms and hands.

Thomas did not speak with investigators, with police confirming that he was not cooperating with authorities.
