The new MP for Rochdale George Galloway once pretended to be a cat on Big Brother - getting down on all fours and pretending to lap up milk from actress Rula Lenska's hands.

Rula then lifted her hands and mimicked the shape of a bowl, while George lapped up the invisible milk from the palm of her hands.
The duo were asked to complete the task as part of the house's weekly shopping task in order to gain food for themselves and their housemates.
Rula later claimed the interaction was 'filmed in way to make it look salacious' and admitted she was shocked to see it splashed across newspapers when she came out of the BB house.
'It's something that will never leave me,' she laughed, as she appeared on the Loose Women Panel after the show.
She also insisted 'it was completely innocent, but they filmed it in a way to make it salacious.'
Mr Galloway, now the new MP for Rochdale, took aim at Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer in his victory speech focused on Palestine.
'Keir Starmer, this is for Gaza. You have paid, and you will pay, a high price for the role that you have played in enabling, encouraging and covering for the catastrophe presently going on in occupied Palestine in the Gaza Strip.'
