Kammy doesn't believe people eat dogs and cats

Trump appeared visibly irritated and interrupted Harris to call her words a 'lie' before hammering her as a 'Marxist' and 'horrible' vice-presidential pick.

The former president went on to accuse Haitian migrants of 'eating pets'.

Harris could be heard muttering 'What? This is unbelievable' before laughing.

However fed-up residents of Springfield maintain that it's a problem.

Ohio's Republican Attorney General has now launched an investigation into the influx of Haitians in the town, calling it 'absurd' and 'a disaster'.

A Springfield resident last month claimed that Haitian migrants were decapitating ducks in public parks and eating them last month

The viral claims began with a photograph of a man appearing to hold a large bird walking down the street. They spread online, with many linking them to the Springfield scandal

'These Haitians are running into trash cans, running into buildings, they're flipping cars in the middle of the streets.

'They're in the park, grabbing up ducks by their neck, and cutting their head off and walking off with them. They're eating them.'

Another woman said she’d seen migrants field-dressing roadkill on the side of the highway, and snatching park birds to cook up in “some barbaric stew.”

'My neighbor informed me that her daughter's friend had lost her cat... One day she came home from work, as soon as she stepped out of her car, looked towards a neighbors house, where Haitians live & saw her cat hanging from a branch, like you'd do a deer for butchering, & they were carving it up to eat.

'I've been told they are doing this to dogs, they have been doing it at Snyder Park with the ducks & geese.'

'Reports claim that people have had their pets abducted and eaten by people who shouldn't be in this country.'

Many residents of Springfield have said their neighbors' pets or local wildlife were abducted by Haitian migrants.

'Do you know what's confirmed? That a child was murdered by a Haitian migrant who had no right to be here. That local health services have been overwhelmed. That communicable diseases--like TB and HIV--have been on the rise. That local schools have struggled to keep up with newcomers who don't know English. That rents have risen so fast that many Springfield families can't afford to put a roof over their head.'

Many in Springfield have voiced concerns about reckless driving by the Haitian migrant community.

Springfield resident Jeff Allen told WKEF that he has heard many complaints about the migrants' reckless driving.

'I think the main thing that people were concerned about is driving. The reckless driving, not knowing how to drive and being on the streets, and the amount of accidents that have been occurring, he said.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., 34, slammed former President Donald Trump and his running mate Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, for 'inciting violence' by their repeating claims that migrants in Ohio are capturing resident's pets, cooking them and eating them

Eating dog meat has been an age-old practice on the Korean peninsula and is seen as a way to beat the summer heat.

There are about 1,150 breeding farms, 34 slaughter houses, 219 distribution companies, and some 1,600 restaurants serving dog, according to government data.

Around 30 million dogs a year are killed for meat in various parts of Asia.

It has been reported that authorities are identifying houses with pet dogs and are forcing owners to give them up or are forcefully confiscating them. Pictured dogs locked in cages in South Korean meat farm

'Nobody knows how horrific it is': Race is on to rescue animals from annual Chinese dog-eating festival where pets are stolen from owners then tortured to death because their heightened adrenalin 'improves the meat'

  • An estimated 10,000 dogs are killed and eaten each year at the Yulin Lychee and Dog Festival in southern China
  • Before they are killed they are often clubbed, boiled or skinned alive in the belief that adrenalin levels increased by the torture makes the meat taste better

The raised adrenalin levels allegedly 'heighten a man's sexual prowess.'

The dogs are tormented in the most unspeakable ways before being killed with the belief that the heightened adrenaline released due to the pain improves the quality of the meat.

Festival goers also believe this 'improved' meat increases male sexual performance, wards off disease and provides good fortune.

Fankuai Dog Meat, a company based in eastern China, has claimed that eating dogs is a way for Chinese people to show their 'cultural confidence'. It boycotts a proposal by lawmakers from Shenzhen, which bans the locals from consuming dog meat to improve food safety

Fankuai Dog Meat, a company based in eastern China, has claimed that eating dogs is a way for Chinese people to show their 'cultural confidence'.

Fankuai produces a wide range of dishes, including hand-shredded dog meat, spicy dog meat and dog meat braised in a turtle broth.

Based in the county of Pei in Jiangsu Province, the firm is named after an ancient Chinese general who made his living by butchering dogs in his early years.

Fankuai blasted Shenzhen's plan as a 'denial to thousands of years of Chinese food culture' in a now-deleted commentary published last Thursday. Pictured above, a man wearing a face mask carries his pet dog on a street in Jiujiang in China's central Jiangxi province on March 6

Fankuai said a ban on eating dogs would be a 'denial to thousands of years of Chinese food culture'

It then argued that people in various Chinese provinces 'have a history of eating dogs for two to three thousand years', therefore the proposal 'strips people of their freedom of eating dog meat'. Pictured above, a Chinese woman holds her dog that is wearing a protective mask

Dog meat is consumed for ritual and cultural purposes in approximately 20 African countries

In the heart of Africa, a daily horror unfolds as helpless dogs, trapped in the clutches of a ruthless dog meat trade, cry out for salvation.

Economic hardships have led to a shocking increase in countries like the Congo. The dogs are transported in trucks and cars across the border from neighboring Zambia. As soon as they are in the Congo the dogs are brutally slaughtered.

The Zambian victim dogs are either homeless street dogs or stolen – many are beloved pets. Once caught, the dogs are crammed into a truck without water, food, or adequate ventilation, in searing African heat, and raced to the border. A few yards inside the Congo they are brutally slaughtered in local markets.

In desperate, futile attempts to escape, they may scream, scratch at the door or howl. The transporters don’t care; to them, these dogs are merely commodities.

(I could have included a lot more, but it seemed too long already- AA :)
