Peanut Butter Fudge Tips
Why is my peanut butter fudge grainy?
If your peanut butter fudge has a grainy texture, you may have heated the candy coating for too long. As you melt the candy coating in your saucepan, stir constantly so it doesn’t scorch. Make sure that you use a creamy peanut butter to keep the fudge smooth, too. (Psst—if you’ve got leftover peanut butter to spare, use it up in one of these
delicious ways!)
Should you refrigerate fudge after making it?
It isn’t necessary to refrigerate fudge.
Fudge recipes can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks or at room temperature for 2 weeks. Whichever way you choose to store it is up to you. Check out our other
secrets to making foolproof fudge!
