Philly Cheesesteak:  Cheese Whiz vs Provolone

INGREDIENTS:
►onion
►avocado oil (chosen foods)
►ribeye steak
►salt
►bun
►cheese whiz
►and/or provolone cheese



Directions 

Freeze a thick rib eye for one hour to make it easier to thinly slice; trim extra fat, then cut into thin slices.

Sliced white onion, sautéed in avocado oil; remove from pan

Fry ribeye slices in avocado oil

Provolone slices, if desired

Jar of Kraft Cheese Whiz (pour sauce into saucepan to heat up or heat in the microwave in microwave-safe dish), if desired

French or Italian buns, sliced and toasted

I prefer the Cheese Whiz! I also sautéed everything in avocado oil, and made both with provolone and the Cheese Whiz.
