Easy Make Chicken Fajitas
This succulent recipe can be made in an air-fryer & also be made in the oven.

Ingredients:
600g chicken breast, cut into strips1 tablespoon olive oil3 tablespoons fajita spices*1 large red pepper, cut into strips1 large yellow pepper, cut into strips1 large green pepper, cut into strips1 red onion, sliced into wedgesTortilla/tacos and avocado/guacamole to serve
Directions:1: Drizzle oil over the chicken strips, add seasoning and toss till well coated, then add vegetables and toss to coat too.2: Preheat air-fryer for 3 minutes - can also be made on a tray in the oven - then add the chicken and vegetables.3: Air-fry on 200 C for 16 minutes tossing halfway through or oven-bake on a tray for approximately 30 minutes. 4: Serve stuffed into tortilla or tacos, serve on salad greens, alongside rice, or air-fry potato wedges in remaining seasoning till crunchy.
Cooks Notes:* Make your own fajita spice by combining 2 tablespoons chili powder or similar, 1 tablespoon smoked or sweet paprika, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon garlic powder/granulated garlic, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper. This makes more than you need but remaining spices can be used at a later stage or used for spiced potato wedges.
