The Democrat whistleblower that Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi are propping up in their hollow impeachment attacks on President Trump could be subject to felony false statement charges for not disclosing that he had contacted Schiff before filing his complaint.

Because the whistleblower never disclosed his contacts with Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee (of which Schiff is chairman), the intelligence committee inspector general (ICIG) testified that he “had no knowledge of” the improper contacts. So he never looked into it.

The Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act requireswhistleblowers to contact the Intelligence Committee Inspector General BEFORE contacting Congressional staffers.

Fox News correspondent Catherine Herridge made this bombshell revelation yesterday. The shocking admission adds to the mountain of evidence suggesting that the “whistleblower” is a left-wing political operative being used to take down Trump.

The form submitted by the whistleblower “required him to disclose all contacts he had regarding his allegations. If he failed to disclose those interactions with Schiff before filing the complaint, he could be subject to felony false statement charges.”

“That’s a felony.”

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton remarked that this is a “coup conspiracy.”

“What other things is this Democrat operative lying about by omission?”

As BizPacReview reported, Adam Schiff was awarded four “Pinocchios” by the Washington Post for lying when he claimed that he had no prior contacts with the whistleblower.

In September, Schiff told MSNBC: “We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower.”

Schiff also told CNN last month that “I don’t know the identity of the whistleblower.”

The left-wing Washington Post called Adam Schiff’s statements “flat-out false.”

Fred Fleitz worked for 25 years at the CIA, the Department of State and on the staff of the House Intelligence Committee.

Fleitz believes the whistleblower complaint was written by Congressional staffers and attorneys — not by the whistleblower himself.

“I am very familiar with transcripts of presidential phone calls since I edited and processed dozens of them when I worked for the NSC. I also know a lot about intelligence whistleblowers from my time with the CIA.

My suspicions grew this morning when I saw the declassified whistleblowing complaint. It appears to be written by a law professor and includes legal references and detailed footnotes. It also has an unusual legalistic reference on how this complaint should be classified.

From my experience, such an extremely polished whistleblowing complaint is unheard of. This document looks as if this leaker had outside help, possibly from congressional members or staff.”

Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz, an attorney, said the American people can see through the Democrats’ lame efforts to impeach President Trump.

“The radical Left and their allies in the fake news media…have been trying to delegitimize his election,” Gaetz told Fox News host Sean Hannity. “They’re going to rush to an impeachment. And the American people will see it as the politically illegitimate exercise that it is.”

Gaetz, who serves on the House Judiciary Committee, said the impeachment strategy will backfire on Democrats just like the Russia collusion hoax did.

Gaetz said Schiff “lied to the American people for two and a half years” about Russian collusion, so how can he be trusted to oversee this latest Democratic stunt?”

“How is Adam Schiff even the chairman of a committee in the Congress right now?” Gaetz asked. “That guy should be gone.”

Adam Schiff pushed the Russia collusion hoax for almost 3 years before it blew up in his face.

Hannity agreed, saying he seconds President Trump’s move to call Nancy Pelosi on her bluff by asking her to take a vote on impeachment in the House of Representatives.

“Republicans are now daring Pelosi, and the president is daring Pelosi, to hold an actual, real vote,” Hannity said. “I second and third the motion. This is turning out to be another spectacular political fail for Democrats and their allies and stenographers in the media mob.”
