INGREDIENTS
1 lb shaped Tube -shaped pasta
1 Can (3.8 ) Ozs. sliced black Olives
3 Tbsps. chopped Parsley
1 1/2 can Cherry tomatoes-halved
6 Oz. jar Artichoke hearts
12 " " Artichoke pesto
4 Cubes chicken stock
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 cube shredded Asiago cheese
METHOD
1 )Pour chicken stock into 13 " round skillet
2 )Slowly add in Pasta, stir,bring to boil.
3 )Stir again,turn down heat to simmer,cover skillet,cook pasta 10 mins.
4 ) After 10 mins. remove lid,stir pasta making sure it doesn't stick to bottom of pan.
5 ) Add rest of ingredients to pan,except the Asiago cheese,stir to combine,cook 8-10 mins.more until pasta cooked through.
6 ) Top with Asiago cheese,serve warm.
