Mike's Sweet Thai Garlic Firecracker Shrimp

15 minutes to sweet & spicy Thai seafood deliciousness! Excellent!









Ingredients

4 servings
  1. ● For The Seafood
  2. 2 Pounds LG Presteamed Plump Shrimp [deveined - shelled]
  3. ● For The Sweet & Spicy Sauce [vegetables & herbs fine chopped]
  4. 18 oz Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce
  5. 2 tbsp Garlic Chilli Sauce [+ reserves for service]
  6. 10 Cloves Fresh Garlic
  7. 1 tsp Dried Crushed Thai Chillies
  8. 3 tbsp Fresh Thai Basil [or 1 tbsp dried]
  9. 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
  10. 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  11. 1 Pinch Saffron
  12. 3 LG Jalapeno Peppers [deseeded]
  13. 2 tbsp Habenero Peppers
  14. 1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves
  15. 1/4 Cup Green Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  16. 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  17. 1/4 Cup Orange Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  18. 1/4 Cup Yellow Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  19. 1/4 Cup Viadalia Onions
  20. 1/4 Cup Red Onions
  21. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce [+ reserves]
  22. ● For The Sides [as needed]
  23. Soy Sauce
  24. Siricha Chilli Sauce
  25. Jasmine Or White Rice

Steps

15 Minutes
  1. Mince your herbs and vegetables.

  2. Add everything - except for shrimp - to a pan and saute for 10 minutes.

  3. Use an instant Jasmine or white rice and microwave as per manufactures directions for extra ease.

  4. Add your shrimp and saute untill warmed. Serve over fresh Jasmine rice. Enjoy!
