SURPRISE! Winnipeg Car Ramming Suspect Is Actually Antifa and an Alleged Pedophile

Canada’s princess Trudeau and his government-funded news outlet, the Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC), are treating Canadian truckers the same way American lefty news outlets report on Jan. 6, spewing lots of lies about “Nazis” and phantom violence.

One man, believed to be a paid actor, showed up carrying a confederate flag. He was also the only person in the video covering his face. He was promptly and peacefully called out by protesters and asked to leave.

Does he not realize there were no Canadian confederates?

The truckers are entirely peaceful, but the sally-bois of Antifa have heard Trudeau’s dog whistle and are showing up to do what they do best: violently attacking people and most likely not paying the price.

FACT-O-RAMA! J6 buffalo guy, Jacob Chansley, got a 41-month jail sentence for walking peacefully through the capitol while Mohamed Hussein Abdi was given probation for pleading guilty to trying to burn down a school.

The only actual violence occurred when a car plowed through some protesters in Winnipeg, and it wasn’t a Canadian patriot at the wheel. You can see it here. GRAPHIC WARNING.

David Alexander Zegarac, of Headingley, Manitoba, was arrested for allegedly injuring four protesters. He ran four red lights in his attempt to escape. His charges include four counts of assault with a weapon, dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm, and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.

Punchline: police say they do not yet have a motive for his attack on peaceful protesters. However, a blue-checked “journalist” did call for violence against the protesters, going so far as to call them “Nazis.”

The 42-year-old Zegerac fancies himself a “punk Antifa” singer. He is also an alleged pedophile. His punk rock dreams went up in flames after numerous accusations of sexual assault, including the grooming and rape of a 13-year-old girl.

Where have we seen an Antifa pedophile before? Kyle Rittenhouse fatally perforated Joseph Rosenbaum who was convicted of sodomizing a young boy. Rosenbaum was sentenced to ten years in prison.

More Antifa Pedophiles

It seems Antifa has a problem with pedophiles everywhere,

The Canadian trucker protest continues, despite the Canadian government showing up to steal their fuel (left-leaning Newsweek refers to it as “seizing” it, not stealing it). Truckers worldwide are following in the Canadian truckers’ 18-wheel tracks. Look for more Antifa ladies to show up to cause trouble — and maybe a few child molesters as well. Kiddie rapists seem to be a pattern with the left’s favorite group of street thugs.

Please check out this trucker’s message. It’s the best two minutes you’ll spend all day.

GoFundMe Seizes $10 Million of Trucker Protest Fundraising, Will Give to Charities Instead

GoFundMe Seizes $10 Million of Trucker Protest Fundraising, Will Give to Charities Instead

GoFundMe says it won’t be giving the C$10 million ($8 million USD) raised to support the truckers protesting COVID-19 mandates to the organizers anymore, saying it will instead work with the organizers to send the funds to “established charities verified by GoFundMe.”

“To ensure GoFundMe remains a trusted platform, we work with local authorities to ensure we have a detailed, factual understanding of events taking place on the ground,” the fundraising platform said in a statement on Feb. 4.

“Following a review of relevant facts and multiple discussions with local law enforcement and city officials, this fundraiser is now in violation of our Terms of Service (Term 8, which prohibits the promotion of violence and harassment) and has been removed from the platform.”

GoFundMe added that it has “evidence from law enforcement that the previously peaceful demonstration has become an occupation, with police reports of violence and other unlawful activity.”

John Carpay, president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) which is providing legal representation for the organizers, told The Epoch Times that the linking of protesters to violent or unlawful activity is unfounded.

“I would like to see what evidence there is,” Carpay said. “That’s political spin.”

Carpay said the organizers have maintained that the protests are peaceful.

“It’s a constitutional freedom to protest peacefully,” Carpay said.

He also said that it’s his understanding from people on the ground that people can move freely in Ottawa, and for example in a recent case an emergency vehicle was able to “rapidly race through the streets because the trucks were neatly parked off to the side.”

“They’re not obstructing the daily lives of people in Ottawa, and they’re committed to peace and non-violence,” he said.

The Epoch Times reached out to GoFundMe for comment but didn’t immediately hear back.

GoFundMe had earlier put a freeze in withdrawal of the funds as it undertook a review “to ensure it complies with our terms of service and applicable laws and regulations.”

Keith Wilson, a lawyer from JCCF representing the organizers, had said earlier at a Feb. 3 press conference that GoFundMe has been “bombarded with an orchestrated social media and other campaigns to try and shut [the fundraiser] down.”

Ottawa police have made a few arrests while the protesters remain in Ottawa. On Feb. 1, the Ottawa Police Service announced that it had charged one man with mischief under $5,000 and another man with carrying a weapon to a meeting. Police charged another man from Quebec while in Ottawa on Feb. 2 in relation to “threats and comments made on social media.” Police say there have been no injuries or riots during the protests.

“I have it on very reliable information that people from the movement were not associated, and that offences related to property damage, and just an assault this morning, committed by agitators were witnessed and reported by a trucker and one of our volunteer security personnel, which was reported to the police and handled by the Ottawa Police Service,” said Daniel Bulford, a former RCMP officer who worked as a sniper to protect the prime minister and is now helping the protest organizers, at the Feb. 3 press conference.

Preliminary data shows there has been a decline in police-reported street crime since the protest began in downtown Ottawa, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.

In the week prior to the protest, there were 31 police calls for crimes such as robbery, assault, drug trafficking, public drunkenness, and other crimes in the Ottawa district the protest is set up, but there were only three reports of street crime since the protests began, Blacklock’s Reporter said.

In a Feb. 4 post on Twitter, Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson thanked GoFundMe for “listening to the plea made by the City and the Ottawa Police to no longer provide funds to the convoy organizers.”

“I’m hopeful that limiting their access to … funding and resources will restrict their ability to remain in Ottawa,” Watson said.

GoFundMe had earlier allowed withdrawal of C$1 million by the organizers to be used for expenses such as fuel and food for the protesters. The fundraising platform said in its Feb. 4 statement that donors may submit a request for a full refund of their donation until Feb. 19.

The trucker convoy demonstration initially started as a protest against the federal government’s requirement for truck drivers crossing the U.S.-Canada border to have COVID-19 vaccination, but became a large movement as many across Canada opposing various COVID-19 mandates and restrictions joined the protest.

The convoy converged in Ottawa on Jan. 29, and many protesters have remained in the city, parking their trucks and vehicles by Parliament Hill. Sounds of horn honking by protesters can be heard throughout the day.

The protesters say they will remain in the nation’s capital until the government removes COVID-19 mandates.

The organizers have now set up an alternate donation site on GiveSendGo, which they say will ensure the money gets to the protesters. The donation site had raised over $175,000 in just a few hours after its creation.

Canadian school board halts BOOK BURNING project aimed at ‘reconciliation’ amid controversy over adviser’s native roots

Canadian school board halts BOOK BURNING project aimed at ‘reconciliation’ amid controversy over adviser’s native roots

Canadian school board halts BOOK BURNING project aimed at ‘reconciliation’ amid controversy over adviser’s native roots
A network of Francophone schools in Ontario has paused a project to burn or otherwise destroy over 4,700 books for misrepresentation of native people after the project’s adviser resigned amid claims she is not actually indigenous.

Ther Providence Catholic School Board has suspended the book-burning project – titled “Redonnons a la terre,” or “Give back to the earth,” and designed as a “gesture of openness and reconciliation” toward Canada’s indigenous population – after the practice was exposed by Radio Canada. Meanwhile, doubts have also been raised about the ethnic background of the controversial project’s main indigenous adviser. She subsequently resigned from her position in the Indigenous Peoples' Commission of Canadian PM Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party. As part of the project, which started in 2019, a total of 4,716 books from several dozen schools were removed from library shelves. About 30 were burned, and it’s unclear how many others were already “recycled” or set for destruction by other means as board members reportedly feared outcry from parents and teachers.

The ashes of the burned books were used as fertilizer for trees planted by students, Lyne Cossette, the spokesperson for the board, told the National Post on Tuesday.

The practice was carried out under the guidance of indigenous “knowledge-keepers,” such as Suzy Kies, the co-chair of the Indigenous Peoples' Commission.

The indigenous advisers were deeply involved in the project, Cossette explained to the Post, noting that the board had “formed a committee” and consulted with “many aboriginal knowledge-keepers and elders” at various stages of the process – “from the conceptualization to the evaluation of the books, to the tree-planting initiative.”

While defending the board’s methods, Cossette nonetheless acknowledged that some might have found the burning ritual disturbing. She lamented that school officials “did not intervene to ensure a more appropriate plan for the commemorative ceremony and that it was offensive to some members of the community.” Kies, for her part, has justified casting books into the void for a variety of reasons, including an ‘offensive’ title alone. A 2011 book called 'Cowboys and Indians' was dumped for its “atrocious” name. Other books, including comics, novels and encyclopedias, were deemed to be "Eurocentric," while some failed to differentiate between aboriginal cultures. Childrens’ comic books like 'Asterix and the Indians' and 'Tintin in America' have also been discarded. Some works were trashed for perpetuating unflattering stereotypes for native characters, who were portrayed as drunk or otherwise behaving badly, while others were tossed because indigenous people appeared shirtless in cover illustrations – considered a “false representation” of aboriginal culture.

A book might even fall into disfavor merely because the author does not hail from the same ethnic group that the book aims to describe. 'Les Indiens', published in 2000, was reportedly chucked because it had been written in France about Canadian aboriginals without any input from that community. And even when an author has aboriginal background, that does not ensure their books will escape the furnace, as Algonquin ethnologist and author Michel Noel’s book 'Winter Indian' was disposed of for supposedly racist language and “misinformation.”

The book-burning story took an unexpected twist on Wednesday, with Radio Canada reporting that Kies might have not had the aboriginal roots she claimed to have. While Kies claimed that one of her parents was of aboriginal origin and one of European origin, the outlet cited civil status records suggesting that her father was born in Luxembourg and her mother was French.

Dominique Ritchot, a genealogical researcher cited by Radio Canada, concluded the “knowledge keeper” had “no aboriginal ancestors for at least seven generations.”

The revelation might have saved some 200 books that were still “under evaluation” in the burning initiative, with Cossette telling Radio Canada that the whole “Give back to the earth” project was halted.

“We are deeply troubled and worried… We were confident that Suzy Kies was of aboriginal descent... We had relied on her word,” Cossette said in an email.

Shortly after the report came out, Kies announced her resignation from the party commission. She dismissed any question over her indiginous heritage, however, insisting that the only reason for her departure was to protect Trudeau and the Liberal Party.

Even before doubts about Kies’ background crept in, political leaders, including Canadian PM Justin Trudeau and Conservative leader Erin O’Toole, condemned the Ontario school board’s biblio-pyromania, with Trudeau saying he “would never agree to the burning of books.”

Canadians in favor of renaming Toronto street bearing name of Scottish counter-abolitionist… until they hear the cost

Canadians in favor of renaming Toronto street bearing name of Scottish counter-abolitionist… until they hear the cost

Canadians in favor of renaming Toronto street bearing name of Scottish counter-abolitionist… until they hear the cost
A poll has shown that support for renaming a major Toronto artery currently named after a counter-abolitionist withers after respondents are informed of the eye-watering costs of rebranding civic assets.

Pollsters from Maru Public Opinion asked Toronto citizens whether they supported calls to rename one of the city’s most prominent arteries, Dundas Street, and other places bearing the name of the 18th-century Scottish minister.

The survey, conducted between July 9 and July 18, randomly selected 500 adults living in Toronto and delivered some surprising findings about people’s appetite for canceling street names deemed by some to be no longer appropriate.

Henry Dundas, also known as Lord Melville, was a prominent British politician of the Georgian era who hailed from Edinburgh. The Scottish politician reportedly never set foot in Toronto, despite being commemorated there, and many historians regard him as a leading figure in the campaign to prevent the abolition of the slave trade.

Delaying the abolition meant hundreds of thousands were forced to wait decades longer for their freedom. Dundas, who served as Secretary of State for War from 1794 to 1801, also trafficked as many as 13,000 enslaved Africans into the British military.

There have been several calls over the years to remove the name from the former colonial outpost, with the demand for change growing stronger in the wake of George Floyd’s murder.

The Maru Public Opinion poll found that 55% of respondents supported a move to rename Dundas Street and other locations such as Yonge-Dundas Square that bear his name.

However, support for the move fell when respondents were informed about the potential costs of the renaming. A whopping 61% opposed the call after being told about the cost to the city as well as “personal and business administrative requirements” that would be necessitated by the name change.

The Toronto authorities have put the cost of rebranding all civic assets bearing the Dundas name at around $6 million.

The poll results came after the city council voted 17-7 to launch a public consultation about renaming city landmark.

The consultation follows a petition launched by local Andrew Lochhead to rename Dundas Street. He claimed it would be “a constructive and symbolic step toward disavowing its historic associations” with individuals associated with “racial inequality and exploitation.”

Lochhead described the Scot’s legacy as “highly problematic” and called for a consultation in partnership with “Black-led organizations and historical societies, [and] Indigenous groups and other community representatives.” The petition has so far been signed by some 15,000 people.

Dundas, who was also instrumental in the Scottish Enlightenment, Britain’s role in the French Revolutionary Wars, and imperial expansion in India, is remembered via monuments and street names across the Commonwealth, including a grade-A-listed monument in his hometown of Edinburgh.

In March, Edinburgh City Council approved a plaque for the monument reading: “At the top of this neoclassical column stands a statue of Henry Dundas, 1st Viscount Melville (1742-1811).” The imposing column was vandalized during Black Lives Matter induced unrest in June 2020.

‘Burn It All Down!’

‘Burn It All Down!’ Canadian Leadership on Church Attacks

Once again, the Woke crowd parades its hypocrisy and hate.

Raymond Ibrahim

In one nation, at least two dozen mostly Catholic and some Anglican churches have been vandalized or torched in recent weeks; and that nation’s leaders are either openly calling for more or shrugging their shoulders.

That nation is not Iraq, Syria, or Libya under ISIS, but rather Canada.

According to one recent report titled “Canada has become the church-burning centre of the western world,”

As of publication [July 2], there have been almost 23 attacks against churches—including at least five completely destroyed by fires, at least three damaged by fires, and more than 15 vandalized to varying degrees.

Two days after that report was published, on Sunday, July 4, another church was set on fire in southeast Calgary, and “countless have been vandalized,” says a July 6 report.  After characterizing these ongoing attacks as a “shocking and unchallenged new reality” for Canada, the report adds:

There are currently no suspects for these arsons, but even more alarming, there is seemingly very little sympathy or care given to this vicious form of religious persecution.

Indeed, consider the reaction to these hate crimes coming from some of Canada’s leaders:  Harsha Walia, the head of British Colombia’s Civil Liberties Association—which claims to “promote, defend, sustain, and extend civil liberties and human rights”—on June 30 tweeted, “Burn it all down,” in regards to the churches.  So much for her zealous defense for the “civil liberties and human rights” of Canadians; apparently they only apply to some people, not others.

Although she appears to be a Hindu, this Walia’s place of birth (Bahrain) and her last name are curiously Islamic—not, of course, that it matters: India has become so anti-Christianity that it is currently the 10th worst persecutor of Christians in the entire world; being a Christian in India is actually worse than being a Christian in most Muslim nations—which is saying much.

If Muslims and Hindus hate Christians and attack their churches, Western elements—the media, politicians, and academia—increasingly sympathize and cover for them.

Thus, according to Gerald Butts, a close confidant of the Canadian prime minister, attacks on churches are “understandable.”  Even more bizarre, Heidi Mathews of Harvard Law School described the vandalization and torching of churches as “the right of resistance to extreme and systemic injustice.”

As for the Prime Minister himself, Justin Trudeau, after offering the usual lip service and saying that ongoing church attacks are “unacceptable,” he offered this:

I understand the anger that’s out there … against institutions like the Catholic Church. It is real, and it is fully understandable given the shameful history that we’re all becoming more and more aware of.

So attacks on Christian churches are “unacceptable”—but they’re also “understandable.”   Considering that these two words neutralize each other, Trudeau’s is a call for no action.

Tucker Carlson discussed all this in a segment yesterday, July 7.  After quoting Harsha Walia—whom he referred to as “a monster” and a “dangerous lunatic”—he asked Canadian media personality Ezra Levant of Rebel News to comment.  Levant referenced Kristallnacht—“the ‘Night of the Broken Glass’ in pre-Holocaust Germany where they smashed and burned and killed Jewish synagogues”—before continuing:

Obviously, we are not that far gone yet, but what do you call it when literally dozens of churches are being systematically vandalized, torched?...  The crazy thing is that this is so explicitly an anti-church hate crime wave, and yet Justin Trudeau, who is normally the first and the wokest, waited a week before saying anything, and he literally said ‘that’s not the way to go.’  That was as tough as he got.  He introduced an anti-hate crime bill in parliament that’s targeting mean tweets and Facebook posts, but literally you have church after church being torched by Antifa-style terrorists and he’s almost silent on the matter, and his right hand man [Gerald Butts] finds it understandable.

And so, what was once the preserve of the Islamic world in recent decades—hate for and attacks on churches—is now a regular and acceptable feature of Canada.  Considering that radical Leftists and radical Muslims believe in the exact opposite things, rather tellingly, when it comes to torching churches, they are close allies.  This speaks volumes about what truly animates them, and what is at the core of their belief systems.
