Epstein’s Alleged Victim Virginia Giuffre Sues Prince Andrew, Claiming Sexual Assault
In 2014, Virginia Roberts Giuffre filed a lawsuit in a Florida state court, claiming that the disgraced millionaire and convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, trafficked her to his friends for sex while she was a minor. As Giuffre later alleged, among her abusers was Prince Andrew, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II.
One of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged victims, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, has filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew in a federal court in New York, Giuffre’s attorney, David Boies, said on Monday.
The 38-year-old Giuffre, who now lives in Australia with her husband and three children, testified that, against her will, she was forced to have sex with the British royal three times in 2001, while she was 17. Giuffre is demanding compensation from her alleged abuser for physical and mental damage.
“If she doesn’t do it now, she would be allowing him to escape any accountability for his actions,” Boies said, cited by ABC News. “Virginia is committed to trying to avoid situations where rich and powerful people escape any accountability for their actions.”
According to the lawsuit, Prince Andrew sought to “abuse a frightened, vulnerable child with no one there to protect her. It is long past the time for him to be held to account.”
“I am holding Prince Andrew accountable for what he did to me. The powerful and the rich are not exempt from being held responsible for their actions. I hope that other victims will see that it is possible not to live in silence and fear, but one can reclaim her life by speaking out and demanding justice,” Giuffre said in a statement.
Prince Andrew denied accusations that he had sex with Giuffre, claiming that the notorious photo showing the two together at the Ghislaine Maxwell residence where Giuffre was allegedly abused, is fake. In November 2019, Prince Andrew was forced to step down from his official duties amid scandalous revelations about his close association with Epstein.

Epstein, who was detained in New York State in July 2019 on charges of sex trafficking, sexual assault and the involvement of minors in prostitution, committed suicide in his prison cell on 10 August 2019, before his trial started.

A 17-year-old Georgia high school football player died of COVID-19 complications after he was sent home twice by the hospital where he sought care, according to the teenager’s parents.
Tyler Fairley, a student-athlete at Douglas County High School west of Atlanta, succumbed to the disease on Aug. 1 just over a week after testing positive for the virus. He did not receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
After receiving the test result on July 23, Fairley was taken to Wellstar Douglas Hospital in Douglasville, an Atlanta suburb, on two separate occasions, his mother, Tosha Nettles, told WGCL-TV. Fairley was discharged after being diagnosed with pneumonia on the first visit and was told to hydrate himself after a follow-up trip to the same hospital, she said.
“One of the male nurses told the other male nurse, ‘We can’t hurt ourselves trying to help him get in this car. We’ve got to go,’” the outlet quotes Nettles said. “And they let go of him and he fell flat on his face inside the back seat of my car. I was like, ‘Can you all observe him for a while? Because I said this is not him. He’s not talking, he’s not responding,’ and they were like, ‘He’s just in pain because of COVID.’”
Nettles and her husband then took Fairley to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in Sandy Springs, a city north of Atlanta, as reported by WSB-TV.
Doctors there say that Fairley was suffering from multiple seizures before dying on Aug. 1, the outlet reported.
Doctors at Wellstar Douglas Hospital expressed frustration that Fairley was not vaccinated, Nettles said.
“That could’ve been a conversation for another time. But not during the time my son was in distress,” Nettles said. “It was as if the doctor didn’t care because this was COVID and he didn’t prevent himself from having COVID because he wasn’t vaccinated.”
Fairley played on the Douglas County High School varsity football team and was described as a gentle giant in a graphic memorializing the athlete posted to Twitter. Fairley had earned a full scholarship to attend and play football at Morehouse College, as reported by WGCL-TV.
“You will be MISSED,” the tweet caption from the school’s football Twitter page said. “Rest easy Tyler.”
Kenja Parks, principal of Douglas County High School, made a statement about Fairley’s death to WXIA-TV.
“Tyler was a shining light in our Tiger community,” Parks said. “He will always be remembered for his gentle spirit, his grace, his willingness to lend a helping hand, his academic excellence, and his athletic prowess. He was a model son, brother, scholar-athlete, and simply a joy to all who knew him.”
The state of Georgia is currently seeing a rise in COVID-19 cases.
As of Saturday, the average weekly rate of new cases is 4,446, according to the New York Times. That’s up from a weekly average of 475 last month. Only 39% of Georgia residents of all ages are fully vaccinated.

In the first seven months of 2021 there have been 165 farm attacks and 24 farm murders in South Africa. The left liberal mainstream media do not cover these atrocities as it does not suit their narrative and the ANC government is turning a blind eye to the crisis.
It is up to each and every concerned citizen to share the information on all social media platforms and to help create awareness to the plight of South Africa’s farmers.
The onslaught against the white minority and especially white farmers continues unabated and just liking a post and or responding with an angry face is not helping the numerous campaigns that are running in this regard.
On 12 May 2021, AfriForum in a media statement said “Farm attacks continue to be a source of grave concern because of the excessive violence that regularly is used during these crimes. In 22% of the attacks, victims were brutally tortured by burning them with irons, by battering or kicking them to death or by repeatedly stabbing them with a sharp object”.
For the period 1 January to 31 December 2020, on average, a farmer in South Africa was murdered every 4.7 days. There were 77 farm murders and 446 farm attacks, that is an attack every 1.2 days, in the country.

A farm attack took place on 2 August 2021, at 06:00, along the R37 road in Brondal just North of Nelspruit, in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. The victims were overpowered and very seriously injured by three attackers.
The attackers, all wearing blue overalls and who were heavily armed, ransacked the home and robbed a White Ford Ranger 4×4 with registration KGM 011 MP.
The attackers fled and after the alarm was raised all roleplayers responded and the vehicle was recovered abandoned.
The victims were hospitalised for urgent medical attention.
The police are investigating but there have been no arrests.
There is no other information available at this stage.

A farm attack took place on Tuesday 3 August 2021, at 02:00, in Skuinsdrif, in the North West province of South Africa. Six attackers overpowered, assaulted and tied up the farm workers and then forced one of them to call the farmer saying that one of them were sick and that they need medicine.
The farmer Gert and his wife Elna Botha were thus lured out of their home.
As the couple approached they were shot at and fortunately the bullet hit the windscreen but did not penetrate the vehicle.
The couple sped off and called the farm watch for assistance. The attackers in the meantime fled.
The farm watch members followed the tracks of the attackers to Enzelsberg and managed to arrest three of the six. As the operation continued another two were arrested later that morning. One is still on the run.
A getaway vehicle that was used by the attackers was reported to the police by an observant farmer and the vehicle was investigated thus cutting off the attackers transport.
Information gathered suggests that the attackers have been involved in numerous attacks since 2017 in the Ottoshoop, Zeerust, Lichtenburg and Groot Marico areas. A .357 weapon was also recovered and is possibly linked to an attack on 8 July 2021, in Nietverdiend.
The investigation continues.

A farm attack is being investigated after brazen robbers attacked a family on a smallholding in Theescombe on the night of 7 August 2021 by shattering the glass door and adjacent window before entering and threatening them with a firearm.
It is alleged that at about 22:50, the complainant (57) and her family were watching TV when she noticed an unknown male with a balaclava at the glass door. As she was warning her husband, a shot was fired, shattering the glass.
Simultaneously, the adjacent glass window was also broken. The family were ordered to lie on the floor and were tied up while the three suspects ransacked the house.
A .38 special revolver, jewellery, a wallet, 3 cellphones, cash and a laptop were among some of the items taken. The suspects left through the broken door.
SAPS Kabega Park detectives are investigating a case of house robbery. No one sustained any injuries during the incident.
Police are once again advising homeowners that are especially living on smallholdings or are relatively secluded from their neighbours to install alarm systems and to make sure that they have the necessary security to protect them.
Although many households do not put burglar guards on all their doors and windows, it is advisable to do so especially this makes easy access into the home.
CCTV cameras are extremely crucial in police investigations therefore if a CCTV camera is installed, make sure that it is in proper working condition.
