Trump Confirms That He Will Run For President in 2024

Source: https://100percentfedup.com/just-in-trump-confirms-that-he-will-run-for-president-in-2024/

President Trump formally announced that he will run for President in 2024 at his Mar-a-Lago estate on Tuesday night.

The President was accompanied by former First Lady Melania Trump during his announcement. The announcement was confirmed just moments ago as FEC forms were filed that read ‘Donald Trump for President 2024’

Trump spent much of his announcement hitting on the failures of the Biden administration.  discussing Biden’s foreign policy that he said has made America less safe and less respected abroad.

He also criticized the Republican Party for failing to convince voters of the stakes of the midterm elections.

Anticipation was high at Mar-A-Lago leading up to President Trump’s event as supporters flocked to his Florida home eagerly awaiting the announcement.

The event was attended by members of the press and allies who are expected to support him in what could be a contentious primary in 2024 if high-profile Republicans such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis throw their hat in the ring.

One prominent Trump supporter who was present at the announcement claimed that CNN was “getting an earful” from the President’s supporters.

Trump has already been preparing for his 2024 Presidential bid, amassing a nearly $100 million war chest that he will likely use to set the narrative early against potential contenders.

Roe v Wade officially overturned

Source: https://therightscoop.com/breaking-supreme-court-just-ruled-the-end-of-roe-v-wade/

The Supreme Court has just ruled an END to the tyranny of Roe v Wade in the now famous Dobbs case.

This comes after the court’s draft opinion was leaked earlier this year, drawing protests from pro-baby-murder activists at the homes of several justices and even an assassination attempt against Justice Kavanaugh.

Here’s the ruling in which both Roe and Casey are overruled!

SCOTUS strikes down NY gun law

Source: https://therightscoop.com/breaking-supreme-court-strikes-down-new-york-gun-law-says-it-violates-2nd-amendment/

The Supreme Court just ruled that the ridiculous concealed-carry requirements imposed by the state of New York, which resulted in the denial of concealed-carry licenses to gun owners for self defense outside the home, violates the 2nd Amendment.

The vote was 6-3 and the opinion of the court was written by Justice Thomas.

In short, “The court holds that New York’s “proper-cause” requirement to obtain a concealed-carry license violates the Constitution by preventing law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms in public for self-defense.”

The dissenters were the activists on the court, of course: Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan.

You can read the full opinion here.

UPDATE: Here’s a few quotes from the opinion via Amy Howe at Scotusblog:

The New York “proper cause” requirement violates the Constitution, Thomas explains, because it only allows public-carry licenses when an applicant shows a special need for self-defense.

The court rejects the “two-part” approach used by the courts of appeals in Second Amendment cases. “In keeping with Heller,” Thomas writes, “we hold that when the Second Amendment’s plain text covers an individual’s conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct.”

The government will have to show, Thomas says, that a gun regulation “is consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.”

This test, Thomas adds, “accords with how we protect other constitutional rights.”

The Thomas opinion indicates that it is “settled” that places like polling places and courthouses “were ‘sensitive places’ where arms carrying could be prohibited consistent with the Second Amendment.” And courts can analogize to similar sensitive places, he adds.

On the other hand, Thomas adds, “expanding the category of ‘sensitive places’ simply to all places of public congregation that are not isolated from law enforcement defines the category of ‘sensitive places” far too broadly.”

In this case, Thomas explains, nothing in the Second Amendment distinguishes between home and public “with respect to the right to keep and bear arms.”

“None of the historical limitations on the right to bear arms approach New York’s proper-cause requirement because none operated to prevent law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from carrying arms in public for that purpose.”

This is a great ruling for the people of New York, who will now be able to concealed-carry firearms to protect themselves in a state where lawlessness abounds.

Comedy is America’s lifeline to sanity, but the thought police aren’t laughing

Comedy is America’s lifeline to sanity, but the thought police aren’t laughing

Ricky Gervais faces sticks and stones for questioning transgender ideology
Comedy is America’s lifeline to sanity, but the thought police aren’t laughing

There’s a rule of thumb that goes, “If you’re going to tell people the truth, you better make them laugh or they’ll kill you.” (The quote is usually credited to Bernard Shaw, but its origins are disputed.) The same rule applied hundreds of years ago when court jesters told the king painful truths nobody else would dare while trying to keep him laughing at the same time. This underscores one of the unspoken purposes of humor, which is to allow serious topics to be broached while blunting the pain the conversation may otherwise invoke. Yes, we may disagree on a particular subject, but at least we are adult enough to poke fun at those differences. Those healthy attitudes are long gone, at least for one half of the American populace.

Entertainment protocol today has been inverted to read: ‘Even if you are funny when you tell people the truth, we [the mob] will kill you’. In other words, America, the land that has given rise to countless comic talents over the years, has lost its sense of humor. That much was apparent judging by the howls of faux outrage following Ricky Gervais’ Netflix Comedy special ‘SuperNature’. Like the black comedian Dave Chappelle before him, Gervais forced his audience to take notice of the 900-pound psychedelic elephant rolling around in America’s living room, which is transgender ideology and the inherent dangers it poses for millions of people, mostly women.

“Oh, women!” the British comedian starts. “Not all women, I mean the old-fashioned ones. The old-fashioned women, the ones with wombs. Those f***ing dinosaurs. I love the new women. They’re great, aren’t they? The new ones we’ve been seeing lately. The ones with beards and c**ks. They’re as good as gold, I love them. And now the old-fashioned ones say, ‘Oh, they want to use our toilets’. ‘Why shouldn’t they use your toilets’? ‘For ladies’! ‘They are ladies — look at their pronouns’! ‘What about this person isn’t a lady’? ‘Well, his penis’. ‘Her penis, you f***ing bigot’! ‘What if he rapes me’? ‘What if she rapes you, you f***ing TERF wh**e’?”

What liberals found to be so appalling and “hurtful” about the above monologue was not the vulgarity – let’s face it, progressives are no strangers to lewdness – but the accuracy of the ‘joke’. Yes, sometimes the truth hurts. Gervais laid out the contradictions of the transgender movement that the mainstream media has been at great pains to ignore, and that is the very real risks it presents to biological females.

Let’s remember that one of the first things Joe Biden did as president was to sign an executive order that allows Americans to go about their lives “without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.” In other words, American men and women now have the right to use the bathroom and changing room facilities, as well as compete in sporting competitions against females, “no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation.” Incredibly, transgender women are even being locked up in prison alongside biological females with all of the predictable consequences, namely pregnancies behind bars.

Instead of the liberals listening to what Gervais was attempting to tell them, which is that the lives of biological females are threatened by such inclusive ‘open door’ policies, the left did what the left does best: It sent out a search and destroy mission to drive Ricky Gervais either into an early retirement or, judging by the tone of some of the tweets, an early grave.

Such a response to a comedy routine exposes the main problem with the social justice crowd, which is their utter lack of maturity to discuss and debate controversial ideas in a public forum. Even more maddening is that the entire concept of ‘transgender’ is a relatively new phenomenon, and, like all new things, it is naturally going to court a lot of controversy. Yet, those who wish to ask some honest questions or warn about the dangers of exposing impressionable children and teenagers to such concepts are written off as ‘haters’ who are suffering from ‘transphobia’. Amid this intellectual dark age that is descending upon the US, where many universities have become epicenters of radical ultraliberal ideology, one of the last places for conservatives to have their opinions vocalized is through the medium of comedy.

“Comedy is a reflection,” the American actor and comedian Alan King once said. “We create nothing. We set no styles, no standards. We’re reflections. It’s a distorted mirror in the fun house. We watch society. As society behaves, then we have the ability to make fun of it.”

King, if he were alive, would be shocked to see that that vital function of comedians to hold a mirror up to society is slowly falling by the wayside. While a few brave comedians like Dave Chappelle and Ricky Gervais are still willing to suffer the slings and arrows that come with this dangerous new territory, the consequences may eventually be considered too great of a risk. That will be a loss not only for the comedy scene in America, but for the entire nation as it attempts to navigate its way through extremely confusing times.

Don’t cancel your court jesters, America, they are your lifeline to sanity and civility.

Pro-Israel ‘Gun-Toting Grandma’ Takes On Rashida Tlaib

By Pesach Benson, United With Israel

 Apr 6, 2022

 Janice Winfrey

“You cannot hate a group of people and expect to serve a community,” said Janice Winfrey, who is challenging Rashida Tlaib in upcoming elections.

Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib is facing a serious challenge for her House seat from a pro-Israel Democrat affectionately referred to as a “gun-toting Detroit grandma” in a recent feature by the New York Post.

Since declaring her candidacy for Michigan’s 13th congressional district in February, Democrat Janice Winfrey has raised an impressive $200,000. Detroit-area political consultants describe that as an impressive amount for six-weeks, suggesting the 62-year-old long-time Detroit City Clerk is a viable challenger to Tlaib.

The Democratic primary is scheduled for August 2.

In an interview with Jewish Insider (JI) published on Tuesday, Winfrey accused Tlaib of being “more interested in political gain than she is in serving our constituents.

Winfrey also stressed her opposition to the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions campaign against Israel.

“I don’t say [Israel is] a perfect country, but I do know it’s an important country to Americans. I do know that, without Israel, we’re much, much weaker and vulnerable,” Winfrey said. “So how can we not support Israel?”

“I don’t care what your dislike is with the Jewish people, you don’t just wipe out a whole country, a whole group of people — that’s never the answer,” she said.

Winfrey also voiced support for the two-solution without pressuring Israel to make concessions.

“We must have confidence in Israel’s ability to determine what is best for her own security and well-being,” Winfrey said.

“While I support the U.S. conducting Middle East peace talks, the United States should not infringe upon Israel’s sovereign right to pursue peace accords best aligned with her national interests. The United States has a role to facilitate in peace talks, but not dictate them.”

A position paper issued by Winfrey slammed BDS, the United Nations and the International Criminal Court for “efforts… intended to weaken and delegitimize the Jewish State,” saying they will “stop at nothing to compromise the shared Israeli-American values.”

Winfrey also challenged antisemitism in the Democratic party.

“You cannot hate a group of people and expect to serve a community or a nation or people period if you’re anti-anything,” she noted. “As an African American woman, it angers me to my soul that you hate another group of people just because [of who] they are… It grieves my soul and I will work against it, and I have always worked against it all my life.”

She also pointed to crime as a weakness for the Democrats, and for Tlaib in particular.

Crime “needs to be handled in a better way,” she said, adding that her neighborhood was locked down because of a shooting the same morning she spoke to JI.

Winfrey recently told the New York Post that her district has become so unsafe, she bought herself a .22 caliber pistol.

“I can’t go to the park by myself anymore and that is concerning to me,” she said. “I would like not to have to carry the gun. I don’t want the gun in my house. I have a 2-year old granddaughter. It’s locked in a safe in a closet on the top shelf. I don’t like it. We don’t believe in that, but I have to feel safe.”

Winfrey has served as Detroit City Clerk since 2005.

Tlaib, who amplifies the Palestinian narrative and has been repeatedly accused of antisemitism, is a member of The Squad, a group of Democrats, including Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who face accusations of anti-Israel and anti-Jewish bias.

Tlaib supports BDS and calls Israel an “apartheid” state. She and Omar were barred from entering Israel in 2019 over their support for BDS.

Tlaib also supports defunding police, saying policing is “inherently and intentionally racist.”

Dems Defense Strategy 101: Call the Republicans Nazis – Good for Offense, Too

Dems Defense Strategy 101: Call the Republicans Nazis – Good for Offense, Too

January 20, 2022 Updated: January 20, 2022

Commentary

Florida Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried, who is running for governor in the Sunshine State, is the latest Democrat to compare a Republican leader to Adolf Hitler. In her campaign to unseat Gov. Ron DeSantis, she accuses him of “blaming certain parts of our society and our culture. And that’s exactly what Hitler did to the Jews back, you know, during World War II.”

Hatred for the Republican Party also runs deep in Democratic Hollywood. Cher fully believes that the GOP has transitioned into the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. Following Glenn Youngkin’s gubernatorial victory in Virginia, she told her nearly 4 million followers on Twitter: “GOP are Nazis in lockstep. It’s the difference between democracy and dictatorship.”

These views are also shared by no less than the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army Gen. Mark A. Milley—he who oversaw the Afghanistan debacle.

In “I Alone Can Fix It”, a book written by Washington Post reporters Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker, Milley is reported to have said about his former boss, Donald Trump, “The president [is] preaching the gospel of the Führer with his lies about the election being stolen.”

He also compared Trump supporters to Hitler’s “Brownshirts in the streets” and called the events of Jan. 6, 2021, a “Reichstag moment,” referring to a fire started in the German parliament by the Nazis and blamed on the Communists to enable Hitler to consolidate power. But does anyone remember Trump ever claiming it was the Democrats who broke into the Capitol building?

After that incident, Milley raged: “These guys are Nazis, they’re boogaloo boys, they’re Proud Boys. These are the same people we fought in World War II.” In the general’s mind, almost half of his fellow Americans are either Nazis or want to vote for one.

Actress Rosanna Arquette shared her revelation that “Republican” and “Racist” start with the same letter. This must have been a real shock for her and her friends in Hollywood, as they always thought “R” stood for “Rehab.”

As she thinks there are multiple meanings behind the Republican Party’s first initial, it made me wonder if the D in “Democrat” could also stand for something. One D-word that could qualify is “Damage.”

There was the damage done to an innocent Afghanistan family by Joe Biden’s somewhere “over the horizon” drone strike, the damage that angry Democratic supporters caused in cities across the United States and then denied while Donald Trump was president, what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi did to a copy of Trump’s last “State of the Union” speech while he stood in front of her reading it, or the damage done to the U.S. Constitution, when Democratic state leaders made unconstitutional changes to electoral law that helped usher Joe Biden into the White House, while Supreme Court justices “hid under their desks.”

But no, none of those. I am talking about damage claims—such as $450,000 for illegal migrants separated at the border. Democrats also are seeking reparation payments for black people for the past heinous sin of slavery. But what was the slave owners’ party called again—you know, the one that started the U.S. Civil War?

Then there are the hundreds of thousands of white and black Republican Unionist soldiers who lost their lives, not only to stop the Democrats’ lust for slavery, but to stop them from breaking up America itself? Shouldn’t their descendants also receive reparations? Add to that list the victims of other Democrat initiatives, such as segregation, the Ku Klux Klan, and Jim Crow laws to name a few.

Why should U.S. taxpayers have to foot the bill? Normally offenders pay damages to victims. Maybe that is another reason why the Democratic National Committee tries so hard to deny its dirty past? So, perhaps the word I am looking for is D for “Deniers”? Certainly “plausible deniability” is a personal favorite of the Biden clan, according to their former business colleague, Tony Bobulinski.

It’s the phrase Joe Biden’s brother James used when Bobulinski asked them how they were going to get away with a joint venture that he and his nephew Hunter had planned with the Chinese energy firm CEFE, with 10 percent going to someone called “the Big Guy.” Now, how tall is Joe Biden again?

Or what about D for “Deflection”? The accusation of Russia collusion against Trump and his team turned out to be a multimillion-dollar, taxpayer-funded example of this Democratic finely honed art—this time used to hide Hillary Clinton’s own Russia collusion, as John Durham’s investigation may be beginning to uncover, or maybe not.

D for Durham? I doubt it. No, the last contender in my cursory list is D for “Dodgy.” I don’t mean duplicitous, shady, and untrustworthy. I am using the word in a phonetic sense (DOJ-y). Think of a once-impartial U.S. government law enforcement department that now seems to think it’s only a crime if a Republican does it. And even if it’s not a crime they may harass them anyway, as former New York Mayor Rudi Giuliani knows only too well.

Just to be clear though, I am not referring to the FBI, since that’s an F-word—just ask James O’Keefe of Project Veritas.

On the campaign trail in June 2020, President Joe Biden claimed that Martin Luther King Jr.’s death did not make as much of an impact as the death of George Floyd.

“Even Dr. King’s assassination did not have the worldwide impact that George Floyd’s death did,” Biden said during a campaign event on June 11, 2020.

Biden said that social media videos of Floyd’s death made more of an impact on social justice issues.

He compared Floyd’s death to coverage of the civil rights movement on television. Biden recalled:

Because just like television changed the civil rights movement for the better when they saw Bull Connor’s dogs ripping the clothes off of elderly black women who were trying to go to church, and fire hoses ripping the skin off of young kids…

At the time, Biden used the conversation about historical moments in the civil rights movement and the George Floyd protests to focus on his presidential campaign and that of President Donald Trump.

“I think people are realizing that this is a battle for the soul of America,” he said. “Who are we? What do we want to be? How do we see ourselves? What do we think we should be?”

As president, Joe Biden spent  Martin Luther King Day at home in Delaware as the White House released a pre-recorded video of is  on the occasion.

“It’s not just enough to praise him, we must commit to his unfinished work to deliver jobs and justice, to protect the sacred right to vote, the right from which all other rights flow,” Biden said.

Imagine the world today had Trump not been banned from Twitter

Imagine the world today had Trump not been banned from Twitter

One year ago, Twitter ejected Donald Trump after tolerating the troll king for his one term in office. How would things be different now if the ex-president still had access to his electronic bully pulpit?

The question resonates today almost as forcefully as it did last year: Why did former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey perform a very convincing impersonation of Big Brother by sending a sitting president packing to Big Tech’s memory hole? That devious move went deeper than mere hatred of the feared Orange Man, deeper than that digital cesspool known as Silicon Valley; Dorsey’s deplorable decision spoke to the threat that still hovers over Trump’s cult of pugnacity, at least on social media sites where, for four hellacious years, he was the main event, day and night.

If Trump were still the master of his Twitter account, he’d be like a post-modern civil-war general – something like Ulysses S. Grant with orange hair – rallying his populist forces while lampooning the other side over its exquisite leadership skills. Let’s face it, while few people expected any miracles from the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, a consortium that banked on the false promise of equity and quotas over hard-earned merit, few could have predicted the raging dumpster fire it has become. Just one year into the Biden clown show, and there are more reported sightings of UFOs than silver linings.

Now, with dozens of cargo ships stuck out at sea amid a severe labor shortage, the good times have taken a backseat to uncertainty, at least for now. Trump the inveterate businessman, whose central focus was the performance of the US economy, would be leading a headlong charge against #BareShelvesBiden, a viral Twitter hashtag that lays the blame for the shortages directly at the doorstep of the Biden White House. In the last 12 months, inflation in the United States has barreled ahead at seven percent, a surge not witnessed since 1982. Most Americans probably wouldn’t mind spending a bit more at the checkout counter if there was something to buy, but therein lies another problem. Across the nation, shoppers are reporting something not seen since at least the Depression era – empty store shelves. No matter how bad things got before with the US economy, Americans could pretty much take it for granted that the corporate-owned cornucopia would continue providing them with an uninterrupted flow of goods and services.

The complaints against Biden don’t stop at a battered economy; they also lead directly to the doors of the schoolhouse. Once upon a time, parents could send their children off to school each morning knowing they’d be receiving a wholesome education by teachers who shared the same values as they did. Yet, thanks to the rise of woke ideology, promoted by the radical progressive faction of the Democratic Party, children are now being exposed to everything from transgender ideology to critical race theory.

The matter, however, is not just a question about what is being taught to US schoolchildren, problematic as that has become. The issue has come down to whether or not parents should have a say in what crazy ideas are being forced into their children’s soft skulls. Incredibly, not only do school boards think the answer to that question is ‘no,’ the National School Board Association filed a petition against parents, going so far as to rank them as potential “domestic terrorists.” These shocking claims prompted Attorney General Merrick Garland to direct the FBI to investigate parents for alleged threats against school-board members. Again, Trump would have gone ballistic on Twitter over these chilling diktats, which essentially view parents as some sort of fundamentalist offshoot of al-Qaeda.These totally un-American ‘Cultural Marxist’ teachings have led to an epic showdown between parents and local school boards rarely seen before. Here is where Trump, who immediately reversed Barack Obama’s controversial ‘toilet law,’ which allowed transgender women to share bathrooms with biological women, would have been launching endless Twitter tirades against the Democrats over such controversial policies.

Another reason the Democrats must be relieved that Trump was deprived of his Twitter privileges is that it saves the White House from having to explain the anomaly of Biden’s comparatively low follower count. This is something that the number crunchers have never been able to quite square: Biden, who received more votes than any other previous candidate in a US presidential election (even more than Barack Obama, who has 130.5 million Twitter followers), somehow had significantly fewer followers on Twitter than his populist challenger, Donald Trump.

At the time of his suspension from Twitter on January 8, 2021, Trump had 88.9 million followers; at the time of this writing, Joe Biden has just 16.8 million followers on his POTUS account and 32 million on his personal one. That does not compute.

Meanwhile, the same muted enthusiasm for the 79-year-old Commander-in-Chief, painfully conspicuous on the campaign trail where Biden spent the majority of time in his basement, was also apparent on YouTube – that is, until the Google-owned channel played defense for the president’s social media team by disengaging the ‘thumbs down’ button.

Historically, there has always been a need for someone, much like the court jester in medieval times, to call out the deficiencies of the Commander-in-Chief, especially considering that this guy is required to carry around a nuclear briefcase while playing 5D chess against the likes of Russia and China, among other pressing duties.

As much as he annoys us, who better than Trump to pronounce over Twitter that the emperor has seemingly lost his marbles? Let’s not forget that here is a leader who has referred to his vice president, Kamala Harris, as “President Harris” on more than one occasion. Trump, the ultimate troll, would certainly have had some choice words for those slips on the mental banana peel.

Finally, had Twitter resisted the temptation of playing God, the US mainstream media, particularly CNN, would not be in the hole that it now finds itself in. By silencing Trump, Twitter stole the mainstream media’s goose that lays the golden eggs. Now, CNN, like other mainstream media outlets, has not only tanked with its viewers, it now finds itself in the headlines. That is something no news agency desires.

The lesson to be learned here – if the masters of the universe are taking notes – is that all efforts to destroy freedom of speech will always backfire sooner or later. Not only did Twitter deprive itself of the huge number of customers that Donald Trump brought to its platform free of charge, it left a vacuum for the news agencies who built much of their empires square on the back of the Republican rabble rouser.

And now what does Trump plan to do with all that spare time that Twitter gave him? He aims to ‘Build Back Better,’ to borrow a term, with his own social media network, which has all the potential to bury Big Tech in the dust. All things considered, Twitter should have kept Trump chained to the reservation and just let the political chips fall where they may. But because Twitter, like the rest of Big Tech, is more of a political activist than a legitimate business, it couldn’t resist. Now a veritable monster has been unleashed; if it consumes them in the process they’ll all get what they’ve had coming for a long time.
