PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES

Ingredients:


2/3 cups Unsalted butter
2 cups light brown Sugar
3/4 cup Peanut butter
3 large Eggs
2 tsps. Vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose-flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Peanut  Butter chips
3/4   "    Choc. chips


METHOD

1) Preheat oven to 350 F. (180 Cels.)

2 ) Line 9x 13 -inch dish with parchment paper leaving overhang on sides with aluminium foil and lightly greased.

3 )In large Microwave-safe bowl,melt butter and Peanut butter.When almost melted,mix together until smooth.

4 ) Whisk in sugar,then eggs one at a time.

5 )Gently fold in flour and salt,taking care not to over-mix

6 )Fold in peanut butter chips ,choc. chips

7 )Spoon/pour batter into prepared pan,spread top smooth.

8 ) Bake in preheated oven 25-30 mins. or until top looks set,toothpick inserted comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.

PREP TIME-10 mins.
COOK TIME- 27  "
