Biscuits

PALEO BISCUITS with ALMOND FLOUR  & HONEY


INGREDIENTS :

1 1/2  to 2 cups Almond flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
Salt-taste
5 Tbsps. Ghee
2      "      Honey
4 Eggs


METHOD:


1 ) Preheat oven to 375 F/190 Cels.)

2 ) In medium mixing bowl,combine flour,baking powder,pinch of salt.

3 )In small saucepan,melt ghee carefully as not to burn or brown it.Once melted,transfer to small mixing bowl,whisk in honey,allow to cool.

4 )In medium mixing bowl,create a crater in middle of flour. Crack eggs into this crater,beat with fork together.

5 ) Once eggs beaten,fold in flour.

6 ) Mix ghee, honey into mixture. Roughly mix loose dough with fork,until ingredients roughly 
combined. The same steps used for adding additional ingredients such as fruit,spices,herbs.

7 ) Lastly drop large spoonfuls of dough mixture onto flat  baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Spread them about 1-inch apart.

8 ) To finish,bake in oven approx. 20 mins. or until biscuits golden brown,cooked thoroughly.
      Serve immediately.
