DANISH BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cup unsalted Butter-softened
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Salt 
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Almond flour
2 tsps. Vanilla sugar


 METHOD

1) Preheat oven to 400 F./220 Cels. Prepare 3 cookie sheets  by lining them with parchment paper.

2 )In large bowl cream together Butter,Sugar.

3 ) Mix in Egg,Salt.

4 ) Add all-purpose flour,Almond flour, vanilla Sugar ,mix to combine.

5 ) Spoon cookie dough into large piping bag fitted with large star tip.

6 ) Pipe into 2-inch circles onto prepared cookie sheets.Pipe all cookies before baking first batch as the dough can stiffen while sitting. Bake 8-10 mins.   until just lightly brown.

7) Cool on wire rack.

PREP TIME-10  mins.
COOK TIME- 20    "
TOTAL TIME- 30     "
SERVINGS- 24
